Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all Pro Shooting Academy participants. Due to the nature of our event, registrations are limited and in high demand. Upon registration, every player will be allocated a room, food accommodations, custom jersey– all management costs we absorb to instill the level of professionalism we want PSA to stand for. Further, this event is limited to a small number, trying to replace an athlete close to the event is nearly impossible and leaves the event without the number of athletes required to run the event at an elite level.
Thus, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
- Cancelled registration within 30 days, Pro Shooting Academy will reserve a 25% management fee, then issue a refund.
- Cancelled registration from April 1st to May 31st, we will require a 50% organizational fee.
- Cancelled registration after June 1st, we will issue a 20% refund.
