Pro Shooting Academy One Day Clinics
Open to Boys 2028 through 2035
The PSA is designed for all players who are hungry, dedicated, and willing to work hard to transform themselves into elite-level shooters and elevate their game. Offensive players as well as defensemen or LSMs interested in dialing in their skills to be a threat in transition are also welcome!
Our curriculum is designed by PLL Hall of famer Mark Millon who boasts over 30 years in the world of lacrosse player development. We will use advanced teaching methods with an enormous focus on technique and fundamentals. We will use video analysis to study and improve release patterns, catching, body mechanics, and technique. We will cover all the shots including inside, outside, and on the run shots and show the importance of movement off ball. In addition to mechanics, the coaches will share their favorite drills and cover in detail the mental aspects of shooting.
