At Millon Lacrosse, our staff is more than just talented players — they are teachers, mentors, and role models. Each coach is hand-selected from the nation’s top college and professional programs, chosen not only for their playing credentials but for their ability to connect with athletes and communicate the game in a way that inspires growth.

Before each camp, our coaches are trained in our Millon lacrosse methodologies to ensure a clear, unified approach to teaching and to ensure our long history of teaching is carried over to all coaches.  This guarantees that every athlete receives the same high-level instruction and benefits from the proven methods that have shaped some of the game’s best players.

With a low 8:1 camper-to-coach ratio, our team delivers personalized instruction through private sessions, live demonstrations, small-sided games, and Mark’s own proven tips and techniques — creating an environment where athletes can sharpen their skills, build confidence, and have fun.
