“Ive studied other sports teaching methods and I can tell you in golf, for example you cannot take a lesson without the use of video. There are too many moving parts and too much speed for your eye to catch the subtle nuances of what’s wrong and right. In all honesty its irresponsible to teach lacrosse players without it and at the shooting academy we will use it to analyze all facets of a players release pattern to identify strengths. Weaknesses and areas to focus in order to improve”.
